- I don't smoke inside because I have kids but one thing I've always hated is the smell of that cigarette filter burning afterwards. I remembered a friend that used to have this inside their home a long time ago and I like it because it won't keep burning and the smell locks inside of it after you're done with it. Fairly easy to clean it's just a little hard to get open when emptying it. Use it everyday and empty it about every other week.

- This is excellent. I have an antique glass ashtray with the push thingy, and I love it. But I'm not paying 200 bucks for an ashtray. The cheap glass ones all come with lids and crappy pushy thingies that break, so I thought I'd give this one a spin (pun FULLY intended) and I love tf out of it. I don't have to worry about it rusting- it's in a covered porch, so- that's not a deal breaker. But I did read that in a lot of reviews. So I put the antique one that won't rust on the patio that is not covered and used this one for the covered porch. MAGNIFICENT. Great buy. Everyone comments on it. I didn't think t was anything special to look at, but people love it! Weird. Bonus.

Whenever one of my guest mentions the ash tray and tell me how good it works and how neat it is - I reach up on the cabinet and hand them a brand new one in the box!
